From what I'm hearing on the train there are a lot of people not taking on new staff at the moment. Only places that seem to want people short term are supermarket type places![]()
I've been looking for work for donkey's, just can't find anything
I think manager take on there family or friends for the summer, not sure though but that is what i think

Have you thought of working with adults with learning difficulties? There are pro and cons and you have to have an easy going temperament and be over 21. However you can join the 'bank' and when they can't cover a shift they phone bank members to ask if you want to do it so you can pick your hours and maybe carry it on when your not on holiday eg weekends, sleep-in etc.
Pay not good but can be a lot of fun. As I say, pro's and con's, just an idea.

had two calls today from agencies, *******s woke me up
first one offered me a permanent job, so no.
second one wanted me for the whole summer and i have a week of work in cov possibly coming up and reading festival. again, no.
err, not really. i wish that was the case, ive already shelled out £170 for reading and promised my friend.
