Finding a replacement tripod quick-release plate for an old tripod?

My gf's mum had an old Bilora 930s tripod which she gave us for free, but is missing the quick release plate. It has a wonderful feel to it so I'd love to get some use out of it, but it's so old I can't find anywhere that sells the replacement plates!

All I know is that it's 42mmx42mm. Would there be a generic replacement available or are they all very specific?
