Seriously considering a 5D. Anyone spotted any bargains out there, preferably with credit options given the price of the thing :eek:

£1100 (well, £1107 :) ) from www.mifsuds.co.uk, inclusive of cashback.

Saw them recommended on a forum a few weeks ago, and got my 5D from there. Maybe not the absolute cheapest, but everyone was full of praise for their customer service.

Jessops is £1600 after cash back including the 24-105mm F4, which looking on ebay looks like it would be worth about £550, so I might go there :eek: as they have 12-months free credit :thumbs:

Keep an eye on www.jacobsdigital.co.uk - they do the 5D with 24-105 f4 L lens for £1695 on weekend specials - seen it twice during last 5 weeks.

So with £195 cashback, and £500 for the lens on ebay / TP sales you'll be looking at £1k for a new body - bargain !

just ordered a 5D with 24 - 105 lens from warehouse express for £1684.
They price matched wilkinson cameras.
Then £195 cash back from Canon. :D
