Filters for flash head using Lumiquest

What is my best bet (ease of use) for filters when using the Lumiquest softbox (the enclosed type)? Velcro is fixed to my flash head, to secure the softbox, so I'm wondering what to do for colour filters.

Mine are velcoed on with tiny little squares, which works fine but is a bit of a hassle if you've got a few to do.

I did that before I heard about this method - fold a flap in the gel and shove it inbetween the wide/hilite panel, then trim to size. Dead easy.
