Hello Everyone,

This is a message for everyone!. DO NOT deal with Filter Fantastic. I dealt with them a couple of months ago, i brought a very high end camera and ended up not liking it, i asked for my money back and they STILL have not paid me. This hasn't only happened to me but also one of my friends. Please do not deal with them
If you happen to buy any camera equipment on Ebay then check the address. their address is Murcroft Road Pedmore DY9. TRUST ME I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS I'M SURE YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE £1500. They are also using the Ebay Id alldigital0869, filterfantastic08 and some other one called Habour or something like that
ALL THEIR STOCK IS COMING FROM THE GREY MARKET, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, NEVER TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

they are crooks and its not fair what they have done, they robbed me in daylight and have no feeling towards it, i have emailed and called but all excuses
 
Indeed, This info is kinda old hat here, though I still appreciate the post :thumbs:
As PD has mentioned above, a forum search reveals a fairly detailed assessment of their sales 'tactics'.
 
NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT TRACY 'THE WICKED OLD WITCH' IS NOT WORKING THERE. I WILL HAVE GO TO COURT AND MAKE SUR ETHAT THEIR STUPID BUSINESS IS SHUT DOWN
 
You best bet is to take them to Court.

If you send a Summons to the Alldigital address, I think it'll get to them (FilterFantastic) just fine :)

I agree with Andy, take them to a small claims court.

Anyway, all the best with it but as far as shutting them down, I have very little confidence this will happen.
I was fairly amazed to find that they managed to keep trading after the harbour48 ban on ebay, they just trade under different names despite the traces back to filter fantastic/photography247 and of course, people continue to buy from them doesn't help matters much either.

I understand your frustration about your unsatisfactory dealings with this company. However, your posts contained some things that could clearly land us in legal hot water and as such I've edited it.
By all means express your displeasure of dealing with this company, but please refrain from posting possibly libelous comments.
