Will my Hitech Formatt filters I use on my digital camera work with Film?

Obviously they will, as you stick them in front of the lenses - but will the have a colour cast as I think they are designed for digital...
 
Which Hitechs?

I've just invested in a switch to the Hitech 100 series on the basis of a few recommendations online, plus if they're good enough for Ian Cameron (Transient Light) they should be good enough for me.

I'm putting my Cokin P series to one side as I was having to make minor adjustments for colour cast in some situations.

Have a look at your digital files, you should see any cast by taking comparable shots digitally with and without filter as long as you keep the white balance constant.
