Filter Kits.

Hey folks. Found this on ebay. I dunno what to make of it? I'm the sort of person that feels that a tyre is a tyre so I'm happy sticking the cheap ones on but I'm curious how people feel about the following filter kit on Ebay. Is this too cheap for what you get? Some of the filters don't even make sense to me. Particularly the "double exposure" filter.
