Filter holder for wide angle lenses

Hi all

What do I need to be able to use cokin P graduated filters with a wide angle lens? (EF 16-35L) is there a special holder or adaptor or can I just use an 82mm ring adator?

I'm a bit concerned that the standard holder could intrude on the image

Exactly as Bob said, I got mine from here together with a couple of adaptor rings
