Develop anywhere close to where you live and buy a scanner from the bay??

A lot depends on what you want the scanned image for, how much you want to spend, your location etc.

I have the issue of having no good consistant local places to get colour stuff developed. I usually just use Genie Imaging by post, 3 rolls of 120 developed and cut for £12.95 including postage back. I just scan my own in college, so not sure how much extra that would be, but I can say I've never had a bad neg from them.
