Inspiration taken from a few different themes I have going on at the moment - my first purchases of film chemicals to have a go at making my own developer I came across the phrase "soup" which I suppose alludes to the many different recipes possible. I have also been making a few "soup" recipes of my own, combined with my explorations in film photography and the theme this month resulting in me learning a new process - flash photography with film. This is the result of my meanderings.

A former horse drawn water bowser, used to fetch water to a static steam engine when powering a thresher or plough tug.
Now a plant pot.

Baldessa1b (Baldanar 45mm 2.8), Fomapan 200 in Bellini Duo Step.

A contact print from a half-plate paper negative.
Kodak SI Mark II ground camera, Kodak Ektar 203mm lens. Negative and print both on Ilford MG RC paper.

 

[FishyFish]

A bit of a shoehorn because I don't think I'd technically consider it a still life, but it's all I have.
