File sync app for Tablets

Anyone point me to a simple app for android tablets which i can use to sync folders between my tablet and my local windows box.
basically it is mainly videos and stuff.

ideally i would like it to pretty much be automated at a button over wifi

actually this is not suitable as I would be uploading to download.
I want the tablet to sync with my windows box in the house.
