Does anyone use filters especially the square ones: COKIN, LEE, HITECH and so on? Need a little bit of insight about his kinds please.

I just want to learn more about this kind of filters when and how to use it, which brand are the best (i know it'll depend on the user but in your own opinion) and lastly what kind of filters are good for landscape photos like sunsets, sunrise and so on...
 
Have you tried google/Wikipedia? There's loads of good guides on the internet.
