Hi, hope someone can help. I just got my new a2000 today and all was great, I used my nikon 750 and tamron 24-70g2 lens witch comes to 1.655kg... It worked OK earlier but I tried it again now and the tilt motor seems to have stopped working.... The camera is balanced perfectly from what I can see (the camera stays still in all angles that it's put on with gimbal is off). All other directions work but up and down will not work with either the dual or single handle setup. Checked all pins and all perfect and also updated the firmware via the pc but still have issues... Any ideas on what is wrong?

Regards

Jason

I had no idea what this A2000 was.....I wonder how many other users of it at TP there are......but with a brand new product have you reported the failure(?) to the retailer and/or Feiyu themselves???

Other users insight are very helpful & beneficial but can only take you so far, failures can happen with any product but your rights as the buyer can only be respected by asking the seller to help you especially if the issue is reproducible i.e. when you take it or send it in it will be clear what the problem is?

Best of luck getting it sorted out.

It sounds faulty to me although I only have experience with smaller gimbals but although I've heard of some of the Feiyu gimbals wearing out after a few months I've not heard of one malfunctioning when new.

It sounds like a similar device to my go-pro gimbal which had different modes. From a quick read, the a2000 has 4 different modes - do you experience this behaviour when you change the modes as some modes may lock tilt on that axis? I found it difficult on my one as I often couldn't tell which mode I was in until the gimbal started behaving oddly.
