I was, but didn't want to install it either as too many people are having problems with Win 10.
Then I found this GWX Control Panel from the Ultimate Outsider: http://blog.ultimateoutsider.com/2015/08/using-gwx-stopper-to-permanently-remove.html
GWX Stopper, recommended by the good people at Windows Secrets, is a free program that gets rid of the software and nag screen, and stops it from automatically updating the operating system.
The program is quick and simple to use, and also showed that I had 5.6GB of Win 10 update files on my machine, which it gave me the option to delete (which I did).
Follow the instructions, restart the pc, nag screen gone and 5.6GB of storage freed up for use.
That'll do for me, Result!
HTH.
