Feb 2015 MS Patch KB3001652 - Do Not Install

As @ 10/02, the Visual Studio 2010 MS Patch - KB3001652 - is causing systems to hang during install.
On my Windows 7 64bit Home Premium, install a Shutdown hung the machine for 30 minutes.
Rebooting and installing within windows showed it to be KB3001652 that was hanging on install.

A quick google shows that others have started reporting this on Windows 7 & 8.

I would recommend hiding this install until MS fix the issue.

By no means the first time that a MS update has been a snider.

I only ever take critical updates and wait a week or so after they are issued before installing them to see if complaints surface.
