Feature in magazine

As a dedicated sports photographer i know how difficuilt it is to break into the industry. Ive been submitting photos to local and national magazines for a while getting some success however the November issue of the biggest martial arts magazine in the UK, Martial Arts Illustrated, was released yesterday so was very happy to see this:

A 5 page report on an event i covered with not just every single photo being mine but also they used my event report and interview with the promoter.

If you don't get paid where is the credit.Editors love free photos they will publish any junk rather than pay.The payment demonstrates the true worth.
