Can I just ask a few of you guys/girls to check my website page and click on packages and tell me if you see only a phone number and not a list of two prices and package details as I've had two clients now say they can only see phone number but others can see everything :-(

Can you let me know if mac or windows and browser too please.

in windows

safari = see it all
i.e. = just phone number
 
Chrome: All visible
Internet Explorer: Only Phone number, but in "Compatibility View" I can see it all.
 
In Windows 7:

Chrome - see the lot.

Ie 9 - just the phone number which links back to the homepage.

Android (samsung s3) the home page only shows the top links, no image, the packages page then shows just the phone number.

I can check in Linux once the box has finished updating!

same. IE9 you only get the phone no until you turn on compatibility.

theres a bit of text next to the number "Family Photographer" that is in black on both browsers so cannot be seen.

its all there if you look at the code so must be a style issue.
 
Thanks again guys seems to be IE! Bloody windows! :-(

I'll have a tinker later today and post another favour request part 2 again tonight to see if you guys can now see it on IE if thats ok? (only got a mac so can't check myself)

no problems if you guys/girls can't as you have already done me a big favour & I really appreciate you all taking the time to check on numerous browser for me.

Using Windows XP and Google Chrome - can see all - phone number plus details of packages.

Then using IE 8 I can also see all details, but the layout and fonts are slightly different than in Google Chrome.

100% working in Firefox.

BTW they don't nickname it Microsoft "Internet Exploder" for nothing :lol:
 
I can only see the text past the phone number in firefox if I allow javascript ( run with it routinely disabled).
