A real talent from a pioneer!
The story goes that McCartney wrote Lady Madonna in the style of Fats Domino and the man covered one of theirs in appreciation. He also sung Lady Madonna himself!

When the hurricane struck New Orleans in 2005, Fats stayed at home to look after his wife.
Someone painted RIP Fats on his home, not realising that he had survived.
He is a legend, so influential.
Aged 16 in 1974, I learned to play guitar, and Blueberry Hill was one of the first songs I learned to play.
