maybe a good thread to ask.... how woudl you go about reducing a double chin in photoshop?

I had a go with the liquid tool and it didnt really work, has any body seen any tutorials

I would have thought London was numer 1 becuase it's huge, and there's so many photography based companies, magazines and other image-related serivces based there.

Like most of the country's newspapers and magazines probably have London offices and/or studios.

Not that i'm trying to defend where I live or anything, it's not suprising at all that it's number 1
