Fastpack 250 - Camera Movement

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger one of these mainly for the side opening pouch. The space for the camera body looks very big and I worry my ungripped 40d is going to slide around, both horizontially and vertically.

Can anyone with the fastpack comment?

I use a Fastpack 250 with my 50D and Tamron 17-50 lens attached, its a snug fit and the side opening pouch works great. I took mine all over Egypt and it was fine

The foam inserts are TOTALLY ajustable and with a bit of fiddling you should'nt have a problem. Its a great bag!
