Just thought I'd post this for everyone to see incase they are thinking about buying lencarta gear

After a number of phone calls to Garry I decided to go with lencarta for my 1st studio setup

Thanks Garry for all your help and good advice, I was very impressed with the24hr delivery time to n.ireland but even more impressed with the smartflash heads, softboxes, beauty dish and umbrellas, the quality feels and looks fantastic!! With so many brands out their I really didn't know what to buy as lencarta was the only brand I never saw in the flesh but the customer service/advice swayed me! Although I've only owned them 1 day I would hardly qualify to give a full blown review but so far.... I love the kit!! Very happy customer, even the light stands are top quality and 1/2 the price like for like than anything else I seen out there.

Did you buy a specific kit? It might be useful for others who read this to know what you bought.

No, I made my own kit up, I bought 3x smartflash heads, 60x60 soft box,70x100 softbox, 1xumbrella and a med beauty dish

Likewise I gave Garry a call a couple of weeks ago and got myself a couple of elite pro 300's along with a softbox, brolly and odds and ends and haven't finished yet, all in all I am very pleased with the kit, fast delivery and the advice from a helpfull guy..

I bought Lencarta as a result of getting such good advice and answers to my many often dumb questions from Garry. The training videos on their website are well worth the time if you are a beginner like me too.
Having now used my elite pro's I can say that the value for money is fantastic so I would recommend them without hesitation. I just wish I had a bigger room to use my lights in..!
For what it is worth I got 2 Elite Pro 300's, 2 stands, one shoot through and one reflective umbrella, one 120cm softbox, triggers, a low-level stand and various modifiers like barn doors and gels. I now want to get a boom arm too.

While I am sure it may take me years to become good using it all within an hour I had taken a few shots that are amongst the best I feel I have ever taken !
