I figured Lowepro deserved a a bit of praise for this.
I have had a Toploader 65AW (amongst other bags) for around 18 months which is useful for when you just want to take the camera and one mounted lens.
Anyhow, the shoulder strap became frayed round the pad and I couldn't see anywhere to buy a replacement on its own.
A quick e-mail to Lowepro last week and they got back to me late yesterday asking for my address. Responded and low and behold a new strap arrives in the post this morning completely free of charge.
Fantastic customer service from Lowepro in my opinion.
