Facebook Posting Help re Pages / Timeline

Hi All

Quick question. I have a facebook page for my wedding photography. How do / can I reply or post to someones newsfeed or timeline from my business page.

I just sent a post to a client from Saturdays wedding but its coming from my personal page. I want it to come from my business page so that if anyone clicks on it it goes to my business page...

Can this be done via the iphone as well?

Top right little icon on the blue bar is a little downward arrow. Click then and the top section of the menu that appears should say "Use Facebook as:" click your page below that and you should be able to post as your page :)

dos that work on the phone app too?
 
You need to use the pages manager for mobile use.
 
tried that. When i start to write the post is doesnt recognise the brides name even though she is a 'friend'. Is it because she is a friend on my 'normal' page and not a friend on the business page?

even if i use the pages manager it still appears on her timeline as if it was from my personal FB. Im going to her timeline, clicking 'post' and then writing something but its as if i was doing it from my personal FB.
 
this is driving me round the bend. lol!!!

All i want to do is post a message to a bride from my Business page. No matter what i seem to do, when i then go to her timeline, the post seems to come from my personal page :( !!!

I think that if I write a post on myu busienss page anyone who has 'liked' my page will get the post appear in their News Feed. thats fine but i want something targetted to one person, so that when her friends read it they can click through to my business page....

Surely it cant be this difficult so i must be missing something ....

yup. although if youre writing on her wall/post you shouldnt need to tag her anyway.

if youre going to her timeline, youll need to be posting as your page. dont use the page app personally so cant tell you why it does not do that by default.
