I've noticed my Facebook app on my iPhone is now taking up over 800mb. I believe the app is only around 12mb, so most of this is documents and data...of which I've no idea! Nothing seems to load offline so I'm not sure what this data is.

Just thought i would see if anyone else knows how to clear the cache or sort this out?

I know if you turn your phone off and back on Facebook has to reload before showing anything maybe clearing the catch is as simple as turning your phone off and on?
 
I've tried a hard reset (holding the power button and home button in for 10 secs) and the documents and data stored by the app has decreased slightly but it's still 787MB which seems huge...

I've asked someone else with an iphone runing iOS 5 and there app takes up around 50MB....no idea why mine is turning into a monster!!
 
I think it's just in ios 5 that they give a breakdown of what apps are using what space. It's when you go into Settings, General and then usage.
