Day 123

Weed fabric has gone on and Sue has started to lay out the paving so we're getting
there. Didn't get as much done today as we were at the Garden Show at the National
Bowl this morning. Sadly, we spent more on entry and lunch than we did on plants.​

Day 124

Nearly there

Pretty much all done bar the slate now, which should arrive tomorrow or
Wednesday. Two of these big yellow bags full of turf are waiting to be collected.
Had to do two trips to the garden centre today as Sue picked up
some gravel for the border under the window and, on opening it, realised it was
the wrong colour so we had to go back and exchange the unopened bag! :bang:​

Curry Night

I do love a good curry. This one's of my own making. ​

Day 126

New Toy

My new tripod arrived today. It's what I will taking away on holiday with me and
it was a toss up between this and the Gorillapod. I was going to go with the Gorillapod
but then I spotted his one on ebay being sold by Warehouse Express for £10 less
than on their own website. I went to give feedback today and the same listing
is now the same price as on their own website so I think i got me a good deal! ​

It does indeed, but it's cool. It can hold my camera+grip+70-200 f2.8 (The front leg bends upwards to support the lens and it can do the \gorillapod stuff as well.

Plum Slate

The plum slate was delivered this morning so the garden will hopefully be
finished off by Saturday!

I also had someone round this evening from a Home Learning organisation and it
looks like I'm going to study for my AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians)
which will hopefully hep to get me back into work so watch this space.​
