Day 64

Day64.jpg

Zzzzzzzz!!

The tiredness really caught up with me today and I actually fell asleep for a
couple of hours this afternoon, only to be woken up by the phone! :bang:

omg what happened to your nose...:naughty:

Cracking shot Marc

Just catching up with your thread again Marc. I find it hard following it sometimes as it's quite close to home for me - and the tired eyes I can definitely relate to :(, and the sleep being woken by the phone :(, and being shattered the day after really enjoying something :(

But the pictures........ I love them :clap::clap:

Inspirational are you (said in my best Yoda voice) :D

like the selective colouring you have used on the red nose.

whats the theme this year? it was mad hair one year etc.....

i also like how you update your avatar when you do a new SP

Thanks Liss. Not sure what the theme is this year, if any, but the tag line is "Do something funny for money".

Thanks Jill. I find it hard doing it sometimes but the benefit of a creative outlet far outweighs the difficulties.

I feel exactly the same about the 52 :D

Saves my sanity at times and thinking about what I'm going to do and how I'm going to do it - takes my mind away from how I'm feeling.:D

Exactly. I'd be tearing my hair out (I know, I know!) if I didn't have this to occupy my mind.

Day 66

Hmmmm........

Been feeling a little bit down today, legs have been aching quite a bit and the
monthly trek around Sainsbury's probably didn't help matters. Usually, the
additional physical difficulties pass after a short while but the one thing that is
always on my mind is what happens if it doesn't. Mine is the progressive version
of the disease but it's unknown how quickly or slowly the progression will
happen. I know I should take each day as it comes and not worry too much
about when the next phase may happen but there's always a small part of me
that thinks "what if........".

Just catching up again Marc, what happened to your nose did you upset somebody? you should really get it checked out looks like something is growing on it ;)

Sorry to hear your feeling down again mate, you have really sad eyes in todays shot actually look like a puppy dogs eyes after it has been told off :) nice shots as always and I hope your feeling better tomorrow.

Sean

That's the look Sasha gives when you scold her...

It's nice to see that you still maintain a live life to the full attitude despite your illness. I'm in awe of this, I would probably just curl up and wish it all went away.

You'd be surprised how pure determination comes out when this sort of thig happens JD. I'm sure you would do the same.

Sorry your feeling down, but at least your still taking great shots!

Thanks SM.

Day 67

Mean & Moody?

Just had another play with lighting, this time withe the flash in front just below
the camera. Haven't set foot outside the house today, spent most of the day
playing with slideshows using some new software I downloaded a while ago.
Quite pleased with one I created from my London Street shots and If I could
work out a way to upload it to the web, I'd post a link.

you do amaze me how you come up with so many different faces , moody, happy etc....

keep up the good work

Nice too see you still going Marc, the shots you are posting are great, and the insight you are giving to you is very well done. Keep it up.

Out of intrest what slide show software you been playing with, still trying to find the one for me.

Thanks Liss. They just happen to be all my faces. Hmmm, one for the shrink there! ;)

Thanks Stu. I'm using Pictures 2 Exe which seems quite good. There are a few people at camera club who are into AVs and this is the one they recommended although some also use Proshow Gold.

Expressive shots as always. I love the Red Nose shot it looks like an Alien is escaping - plus the selective colouring works well on this (I normally hate it ).

Thanks Simon. I know what you mean about selective colouring but I think it usually works best with red.

Great thread as ever Marc. Haven't brought a red nose yet. Not sure my bosses would like me driving a bus wearing a red nose!!!

Fabs just catching up - i have also been sneezing all week so i can sympertise :) Loving the red nose ;)

Very intimidating Marc you should have worn a suit you would have looked like a mafia godfather well done

A suit? Hmm, it's been a while but I think I remember those. :D

Just catching up! It doesn't look like it has been a fantastic week for a few of us! Sounds like you have been keeping relatively busy though so that's good :)

Cheers Phil. Got to keep busy else I'll go crazy!

What do you mean, too late? :suspect: :p

 Took me a minute to get that! :p

What slideshow software have you been playing with? I use Proshow Gold...does everything I need and more! :)

A bit too tight on cropping at top and bottom for me. Sorry Marc!

Giiving a bit of Eric Morecambe look there! So where's the short one with the hairy legs?!!
