Day 148

Day148.jpg

Best of a bad bunch

Every now and again I take a set of pictures and when I get home just want to
bin the whole lot. Today was one of this days. Sue went riding with the yard
owner's daughter this evening and I just could not get any decent shots, for
most the light just wasn't in the right place and it was a case of either shooting
into the sun or with the sun in their faces. This was literally the best of a bad
bunch and the only one I even bothered to process, Hey ho, tomorrow's another day!

Day 149

Day149.jpg

Do'h! :bang:

Felt such a dingus today. Went shopping at Sainsbury's today and got to the
till, paid and said to Sue "I'm just popping to the loo, do you want to take
the shopping to the car?". I then put my hand in my pocket and realised I
didn't have my keys. All I could think was that I had put them down when I
did my shoelace up and had forgotten to pick them up so we went over and
had a look and they weren't there. Went to customer services and no-one
had handed them in.

Fearing the worst, we went to the car but it was still in its parking space
(Phew!). Had a look round the store before going back to check with
Customer Services (Still no sign) and was about to ring the RAC when the
Customer Services lady called us over. Turned out someone had handed
them in after all but the person they gave them to had then gone on a break
and had only just come back. I can't tell you how relieved we were!

Panicky times eh?
Insurance companies don't like it when you car goes missing and you don't have your keys!

Good to see this still going strong Marc, just been catching up, some very nice shots, not seen too much of my camera this moth, been way too busy, begining to forget what it looks like.

Like the Windmil shot, would look great as a long exposure when you get some wind
