Fabs' 365 for 2009.....Fin

Probably not as bad Fabs, but there is a real menacing look to this picture.

Quite scary!!

Nah. Look at my user title, I'm a pussy cat! ;)

:agree:

That has some impact!
There are some great SPs here Fabs, I might try one myself someday :)

Cheers, looking forward to seeing yours.

Practical Night

Practical night at Camera Club tonight. Haven't been through any of the shots yet
(except this one) but don't think I got anything decent. It was a good laugh though.

Day 79

So where does this go? :D

Was reading a thread on here today where someone posted about the state of
their sensor so I though I would check mine. Big mistake! Anyway, had a
go with the rocket blower and it was good as new.

And yes, I know it's in colour. For some reason this one just looked better that way.

My sensor doesn't get that dirty, it seems to be the mirror that gets all of it. So when I look through the viewfinder I see bits of dirt that don't appear on the photo. Quite annoying actually!! Must sort it out now! Cheers Fabs!!

day 79 you look a healthy with a bit of colour lol , thats what grans always say anyway

Your not supposed to lock animals in draws Marc :nono: :nono: :D

You are producing some nice shots mate.

Thanks Stu. As it happens, one of our cats has spent the last 3 hours asleep in a clothes drawer under our bed so it's not exactly unprecedented in our house! :D

awww last shot is really sweet :D

(though from seeing your avatar first, I thought it was a real poopy!)

Marc you continue to produce the goods here

and get your bennie back in the car where it can travel and see the world :D

Thanks Ruth. He actually has seen a fair bit of Europe, we always hire a car when we go on holiday and he always takes up his position in that. :D

When I saw your avatar I thought youd taken leave of your senses and got yourself a puppy....:)

very cute nonetheless.....fluffy dice next eh?

Specs!

I don't mind wearing glasses, I don't mind being seen wearing glasses, I'm
certainly not vain. So why do I hate being photographed wearing glasses?
This is why almost all of my Self Portraits are done without them.

Oh well, we are a funny species. :D OK, it's just me then. :p

There seems to be a thing about photography and glasses. When i had a studio shoot, as the subject the photographer asked me to take them off and the portait of my mum i did this week got a coment about her glasses (admititly cos they change with the light they looked like shades). However, i have worn glasses since my teenage years and they are part of me i dont go anywhere with out them, so why wouldnt i have my photo taken with them on? I have reached the point where i think i look strange with out them.

I actually didn't start wearing glasses other than for reading until I was 40 so that could explain it somewhat.

Just caught up Marc, good to see the standard hasn't slipped. Some very good portraits, keep up the good work!
