Ive just got in and missed the race and its all a bit confusing. Can some one some up for me? Looks like the race was finished with them all sat on the grid and they took the result from lap 32 because thats when the weather was good? And why do they only get half points?

due to the weather (heavy downpours, no visibility due to late time of day and the massive amount of standing water) they red flagged the race on lap 32, sat on the grid and waited to see if they could get restarted (whcih didnt happen) the results were taken from lap 31 (as is the rules to do with race stoppages due to red cars)
