my ticket's arrived on friday, less than a month to go now :clap:

I would like to, but I know they cost QUITE a lot of money!
 
So you don't want to hear about the free grandstand ticket I managed to get then :P
 
It's cheaper to fly abroad and get a ticket for the Spanish GP for example than buy one for the British GP.
 
prices aint that bad..

£100 for a general admission 3day pass...


think mine in the terrace were £170 each, cant acctually remember, as it was that long ago since i ordered them

I get an entire season of motorsport at Oulton Park for that! Including two British Superbike meetings, the Gold Cup, British F3/GT, BTCC and loads of clubbie car and bike meetings. FIA GT at Silverstone was £20 for a raceday ticket, including grandstand seating. Le Mans Series at Spa was 20 Euros for a weekend pass, again with free grandstand seating included, and it will be around the same price at Silverstone in September.

F1 ticket prices are a joke, and that's why I've never paid to go. Before this season I always used to go to at least one test session a year, as they were free to get in and you got a full day of F1 action.
 
you can blame Bernie & co for the ticket prices, due to the fee's from FOM for the right to hold the event..


but still, if i only had the option of a year pass or F1 weekend ticket, id still choose the f1 ticket personally

I wish I'd gone to a GP back when they still had the V10s. It's all about the sound.

Anyway, I hope you get a more exciting race than Monaco. That was a snooze-fest.
 
hoping for rain again like last year, made it a great race, especially as they kept slipping of the track right in front of me :lol:
