Ordered some stuff in December 2015, still waiting... also, they don't split orders, they don't have that facility, so you have to wait for everything to be in stock. Their stuff is great, the process of getting it is not.

In all fairness, they do reply to the contact messages but it's all very vague and contradictory, I think I will have my stuff by the end of the month but I'm not sure, 4 months for a couple of ICUs and a rain cover, hopefully I don't need anything else.

I've never ordered directly from F Stop as I've always used paramo in london . I did buy a bag from a guy on here who's order came after he needed it. It's a shame their uk delivery is poor as it seems to be a common complaint.

I'm with you on the part their stuff it good, I love the having one bag and a couple of ICUs.

My last order was with paramo, they were very fast, but they didn't have the rain cover or the micro tiny so I thought f stop would be easier and get everything at once.

That's the problem with the london paramo shop, they too have stock issues. I was lucky to get a large pro from them, they had put their last one aside for a customer but they never came in to buy it even after 3 weeks. They phone me up a few weeks after my enquiry to offer to me. With the raincover I bought one from go outdoors, it was cheaper too.

I've got two bags and a couple of ICU's. Great bags but there supply issues are beyond a joke! Their Facebook site always has complaints about stock levels. (n)

They have severe supply issues. I wanted to amend my initial order a few hours after placing. Despite no stock to despatch, I had to cancel my order and place again (with amendment), took 3 months for my refund (yes they take payment before despatch). Took 4 months for my packs to arrive.
When they have stock Bergfreunde (in Germany) is a cheaper source (inc postage) than Paramo.
I imagine FStopGear also have cashflow problems, as the moment demand was higher than supply - they should've ramped up production; yet they've not resolved their woeful supply problem.
I ordered two packs, as I wasn't sure which I wanted. Sold the redundant bag for the price I paid to someone enquiring on FStop Gear's facebook page.
One bag had a missing buckle to retain an ICU (the bag's whole 'raison d'etre'). They had no clear warranty process - I was told to post to their rep in Germany (at my own cost - which I argued for refund, which came in the form of credit). They sent a replacement very quickly once received.
Having said all of that - they are extremely good bags. I've a pro small ICU and a medium ICU (wish they did a Medium pro).

Not feeling confident of an April dispatch now haha... They used to make a medium pro but stopped for some reason, I would've preferred they got rid of the sloped ICUs. I got 1 small pro with my Loka but I needed another which is why I've had to order from f stop directly unfortunately.

Twitter isn't much different

I can't do that, I'm really sad... I needed one that said f stop on it :/

An update if anyone was following this:
Was meant to be here late April, that slipped to being dispatched late April, that slipped 2 weeks to middle May and a week after that still nothing, I don't understand how you can run a business (and take payment) for stock you don't have or won't have for over 5 months...
