I have been looking for a suitable backpack for when I go walking/climbing. The best bag I can find that ticks all of my boxes if the F-Stop range, with the Ajna my favourite, apart from CVP and Paramo does anyone know of anyone else in the UK that stock F-Stop?

Are there any other backpacks that are similar available that you know of?

I normally have to bodge something with a good backpack with another camera bag/case stuffed inside, but it's a real pain when trying to do things quickly and normally ends up with kit everywhere!
 
There are no other uk sellers that I know of. Paramo are usually at most big photography shows, they were at the NEC this year and at Birdfair last year. I bought a f stop tilopa bc a few weeks before they released news of the new product line. It worked well on a trip to skomer a few days ago, the back opening was brilliant and I got every thing I needed in (2 bodies and 4 bodies one of which was a 200-400 along with everything else needed). It weighed about 16kg but was ok to carry even if I wasn't used to carrying that weight.
 
You can buy direct and it will then get shipped from an Irish warehouse if the item is in stock.

Go to website, click on shop, then make sure you change the box by the basket symbol at the top from USA to Europe, pay in Euros with credit card and it should arrive within a week. They're great bags.
 
That's what I have done. went for the Lotus, I mainly want it as a day sack so it should be large enough. My next proper trip out is the 3 Peaks at the end of the month. Fingers crossed it arrives before then.
 
I did what Sam suggested - ordered online and was delivered to the UK very quickly. Great bags, mine will get a workout in the UK next week and then in Borneo in a couple of weeks.

David did you get one of the new mountain series? Just curious as I ordered an Ajna (direct) on the day of it release and still awaiting a dispatch email. Also have a guru with medium ICU which I got from Paramo.
 
I ordered about a week before the new bags were announced :-(

I never got any emails informing me they were being dispatched, just one day turned up.

For the new products you'll probably find quite a delay as they'll want to fulfil orders in the US first, with small stocks being shipped to their European partners - this will all take time unfortunately.
 
Have you looked at the Lowepro Sport 30L? I have one of those. Great for hiking and taking a camera with an extra lens. Really depends on what exactly you want to carry.
 
I have a tilopa with large icu which I bought from camera nu in Holland. It was cheaper by a fair bit from there even with a higher postage cost. I ordered on a tuesday afternoon and it arrived on the thursday! Quicker than stuff arrives from many uk based sellers. It's a great bag and ideal for my hiking round mountains and using as a skiing backpack either with or without camera gear.
