Greedy. I think you can miss out on a pudding if your having all of that. :D

I can't believe they call it a "mega" mixed grill and give you all that meat, but then only give you half of a tomato!

Yeah but it's a steroid fed tomato....with a 2ft6" diameter:D

Depending on what price you're asking for the 220 rolls, I'd like to say yes please to the classifieds listing that you have yet to make:D

I have a 220 insert for my ETRS film backs that I've never used ....Yet!

Oh b****r... FILM..... I knew there was something I needed. :runaway:

No trading outside the classifieds..... :police:

Just saw that National Express have some £1 fares for certain journeys. Had a look on their website and it appears Yeovil to Derby is an EIGHT HOUR bus journey! Crikey! Even if they were £1 (which they're not), I'm not sure I could handle that long on a coach! :hungover::hungover::hungover:

We're just back from an overnight in the northern part of the Peak District, near Castleton and Mam Tor etc. Pretty nice. It reminded me of my favourite piece of photography advice, courtesy of some famous guru or other: "If you want to take better photographs, stand in front of better stuff"! (Of course this means that if my pics turn out to be carp, there's no-one to blame but me, because the "stuff" was pretty nice...)

Along those lines, what "good stuff" is there around the Belper area? I don't know it at all...

My uncle Harry is just up the road :)

He's an interesting chap.

I have an informative list of interesting things and places around the area which I will post up tomorrow courtesy of the CMS.

booooring can't we just go to the amusements :p

I'm kidding and short of time so I'll have good later, thanks for this guys.

Some of those will have entry costs. It's also not a comprehensive list because there's no end of lovely views, interesting buildings and things to photograph in the Peaks!

Lumsdale Valley looks like it ticks a lot of boxes with waterfalls, ponds, woodland walks and abandoned mills & waterwheels.

I suspect you'll have to get to Dove Dale pretty early if you want a photo of the stepping stones without any people on them! I believe that there's a museum of victorian photography in Matlock Bath, hidden away above a cafe. If you lot go in, most of you won't be let out again!! ;)

I will be going to the Wee Dram in Bakewell for another bottle of my favourite gin!! :)

Long range weather forecast still looking good ....mainly cloudy and dry, well maybe a shower on sun

I'm liking the look of those old mills/waterfalls. I can see me falling into there quite easily but it would be worth it ;0)

That looks great, right up the f&c's back alley.

I doubt i'll need à tripod, however if someone has à spare that they can bring along then it may just come in handy for those evening shots;)

I have an old tripod I was thinking of bringing along for you LF nutters... err, specialists :)

It's not a lot of use to me, but may be useful to you.

The camera is gone, can't remember who I gave it to. Made in 1942.
Speed Graphic tripod 2 by Ken, on Flickr

Let me know if anyone is interested and I'll bring it along.

ive just had a thought ( waits for abuse ) would it be a good idea to bring a film camera on this meat ? ( yes i meant that spelling )
