Is it possible to export multiple RAW files as an album from Lightroom 3 direct to facebook, if so, what is the process.

Yes - assuming LR 3.2 (it's a free download if you're still on LR 3).

As to process, best to read up on exporting images in the library module.

Yes, it is both possible and easy, I use Jeffrey's Facebook export plugin. I've found that with Facebook it is better to export than to use a publish service, as Facebook doesn't allow the replacing of images.
