Export from Lightroom 4 to Elements 11

Hi - I'm trying to export from LR4 to Elements 11. When I export it launches Elements 11 ok, but the image doesn't load - it's just an empty editor.

What am I doing wrong please?

I have had this with Elements 10. So now if i know I am going to use Elements I launch this first, then 'Edit in, Elements' and it seems to load.
Although since the 4.2 update I think it lauches properly.

Maybe someone else can advise if LR4 and Elements 11 work well together.....

Only had Elements 11 for a short time but the method above worked ok for me.

Make sure you are pointing at the PSE exe file corrrectly.

I did something similar when I first set up LR and I was really frustrated but in the end I worked out I wasn't oopening the correct program within the PSE folder even though it opened it and got me to a blank screen!!
 
How do you upload your photos to Lightroom 4? I find it worked once. Now I can't get the files to uploaf

Insert card, or plug in the camera, press import, done. ;)
