I've got a couple of rolls of refrigerated 35mm 400NC which are about 10 years old and have been in there since purchase.

Do I need to make any compensation for the age when shooting?

There seems to be a lot of conflicting information on how best to approach it.

Only two rolls so not much scope to experiment.

I would say go for it on box speed. If necessary go on the side of overexposure.

That's my gut feeling, and is how I'd shoot it under normal circumstances.

Have a project in mind after a long period of creative wilderness!

How long does refrigerated film keep its box speed for after expiry? I know it’s not an exact science

I'd open it up a stop and expose at 200.

Even if fresh, colour negaive film can easily absorb a full stop of over exposure.
