exif data on image or not

How can i tell if exif data is on my images !
also if its not how do i but it on !is it in bridge or photo shop and do i have to do it every time or can i make a action ??:shrug:

exif data in in all photos, but some software deletes it. as a rule if you "save for web" its removed, so always use "save as" hth, mike. (some automatic uploaders delete it as well)
