hehe :D Ah well, I'll put you out your misery now :p Its going to be "Port of Culture." I spoke with my designer and he felt I should totally cash in on the whole culture year thing. I was reading Wikiwikiwaaaa and it hit me. Its a port! Duh. Liverpool's biggest import / export this year is culture. Its being held at a disused dock. My photos are simply about Liverpool's culture over the past few years. Win win. Port of culture. So its good because I can talk to people about that and they can quote me in the papers. Thats the idea anyway. It opens 3 weeks on Friday.... Its going to be huge tbh. I'm getting postcards made, posters done, a website, possible radio coverage and newspaper coverage.
 
3 weeks. I'll make a thread when the branding / site is done.
 
Thanks :) I'm sure there'll be a movie of it online at some point.

I’ll definitely try and pop along to this, it sounds like it should be pretty good!

I am new here, but I have followed your photoblog for over a year now and more recently flickr as well so I will be keeping an eye out for the announcement!

If I hear the word 'culture' many more times in this city I may just go on a killing spree. And we're not even into month two yet! Sorry, but I'm fed up with everything being culture this and culture that. There's an idea for a bit of photo journalism though - someone could go and visit our sister culture city this year and see what's going on there.

Anyway, look forward to visiting the exhibition, regardless of the name!
