We often see threads on here (and other fora) relating to poor service from both high street and internet stores so I thought I'd start a thread praising the service I've just received from Intro2020 Ltd.
I had ocassion to send a Tamron lens to them to correct an intermittent focus problem. Within a few days I had an email estimate from them. Based on the information in the email I telephoned to discuss my options and after a very clear conversation with one of their technicians decided to go ahead with the work (paying by credit card). The tech informed me that they were pretty busy and it might take 7 to 10 days to get the lens back to me. Imagine my surprise then when the lens was delivered by courier the very next day!
As far as I can tell, the focus fault has been rectified - I've taken about 30 test shots without any problem so far - and it's been cleaned to look like new
So, hats off to Intro2020 for great service
