Do you ever come away from a days shooting and just think "That was sh*t", "these photos are sh*t", "F*ck this!" ...

'Cos that's how I feel right now

URGH! :banghead:

Take away any reference to photography, and I'm having one right now :(

Happens to us all - work out went wrong , learn from it then put it out of your mind and relax with a cold beer (or 9) and a hot woman ( it is imporant not to get the two the wrong way round ;) )

That's the plan for tonight!

Only on days with a "T" in them. Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch etc...

After nine beers I doubt it would matter that the woman was hot or cold ;)

lightweight (mind you they do say that the difference between a dog and a fox is about 8 pints)

Where's the fun in getting it right every time?

Challenging yourself sometimes involves failure.

Work out why your photos didn't turn out as you wanted, and try and rectify it next time.

I felt the same mid-round yesterday whilst playing golf - then I remembered I do it because I enjoy it, and searching for balls in the rough is all part of the experience.

Pretty much every time I get the camera out just lately. Not taken a decent shot for months .....

... But then, that might just be because I'm getting more self critical and my standards are changing over time ....

Go back and have another look at them in a day or so, they might not be as bad as you first thought ...

I had a very upsetting day yesterday. I set across a table from a medical man who asked me in all seriousness if I would prefer to face Parkinson's in old age or Alzheimers!?

I thought of my poor, late father who suffered horribly with Parkinson's Disease in his last years but it turns out he recommended Parkinson's as the less bad option!

After all, wouldn't you rather spill half your pint than forget where you left the whole bloody glass!! :p

Depends. Surely there's a good chance you'll forget you ever HAD a glass in the first place so wouldn't miss it? When I was (more than) a little shaky, I simply had bigger glasses so spilled less.

Much better day yesterday! Got some nice photos. Made up for the previous days shortcomings...
