ETTL Flashgun (Cheap/Bargain!)

I am looking at getting an inexpensive flashgun and am really looking for anyone's suggestions or experience with cheap flashgun's that are looking to be used by an amateur, rather than at a professional standard, hence I do not need or want to be spending lots on a flashgun that will get relatively infrequent use!

From what I have learnt, I need to look for one that is ETTL-II compatible with Canon cameras and it needs to be able to tilt and if possible swivel as well.

Other than that - all ideas welcome!

doesnt the clicky say TTL not ETTL-II?

would you have to turn the camera to TTL for this??

I've got a Nissin Di622 after researching various budget flash options, and it's served me well so far. I'm also an amateur myself and I am not a frequent flash user too, so just like you I couldn't justify spending too much on a Canon brand flashgun.
