Hi, another newbie here.

I finally bit the bullet and upgraded my dreadful non-SLR digital camera (Minolta Dimage Z5) to a DSLR (Nikon D40x). Now I have to learn how to use it

Hope to be able to both contribute to and learn from this forum. From the forums I've checked out so far this looks the friendliest by far !
