Not sure what Epson service is like for their domestic printers and scanners, but their business equipment cover is awful

Got three and a half grands worth of scanner and they have messed me about for almost a week.
Ended up sending in the network card for testing and it took 24 hours from it arriving at their building to get to the right department ( I know when it was signed for after sending it RMSD)

Now they are saying it might be ok or maybe not (great diagnostics there) so they are sending it back, but if it doesn't work they will send an engineer next Monday or Tuesday

Why not just send a new one if its possibly faulty, really glad I took out the enhanced three year warranty for loads of cash

Fed up with holding on the phone listening to their endless recorded messages

So glad I now know that the red light flashing on my printer means its low on ink and they can sell me some more

My printer at home is a Canon and very pleased about that after this episode
