Epson R300 replacement?

My trusty R300 printhead is well and truly shot so i'm debating between getting a 'new' printhead (£55) or getting a whole new printer. Any recommendations for a similar printer to the R300 e.g. A4, 6 inks. I'm not fussed about scanner, fax, cd printing, print speed, wifi. I'm just after printer that does quality prints with no frills.

Budget up to £150.

Please can I ask a massive favour if you are going to replace the printer. I can't for the life of me find the CD print tray for my R200, please consider me if you're getting rid. Thanks in advance.

I think there is a black hole or something as i've no idea where mine went to either lol, if it turns up it's yours

My R300 packed in a few months ago ...i just bought another off Fleabay and took my chance ,turns out i got a good one ..
ive got a ciss on mine also .i couldnt resist in buying another

If i could be confident of finding a good one i would in a heart beat as they are a cracking printing. Currently looking at the new XP-55 which seems to be a no nonsense replacement for reasonable money.
