Epson R2880 - Status Monitor

There's probably a quick fix for this but my Epson Status Monitor box is greyed out in the utility. I've had a look on Epson's site and a quick google but haven't found anything.

Any ideas please

Make sure you're not running the correct utility. 32 bit utils in a 64 bit OS don't always work. When in doubt, download from the web site

I'll try that because now I've reinstalled from the set up disc - it's still greyed out.

I'm running Windows XP if that helps
