I got a second hand 4870 last year. Its been completely fine until today. I tried to scan a normal a4 document and it just moves part way and stops. Preview doesn't work either. It makes noises but doesn't actually produce anything.
I scanned about 200 prints on it a few weeks ago and it was completely ok!
Tried different USB ports just in case but that did nothing.
Any ideas if there is an easy way to fix it or is it just scrap?
