A question for Epson 3880 users -
when printing a black and white image, I used to get an option for 'advanced black and white' but it is no longer available - unless I change from photoshop controlling colours, to the printer controlling colours. My normal workflow is to let photoshop control the colours.
Does anyone else face this problem - or do you simply print your black and white images using the colour settings? I presume that if you use the advanced mono settings, and let the printer determine the colours, that the printer uses the black inks only - whereas with colour settings, it would use colour inks to create the black and white image.
