Picture this if you will....
There i was in Jessops Newcastle branch, innocently minding my own business looking at "accessories" for my new pride and joy. My first DSLR an EOS 400D., i approach the counter to see if by the off chance they had any nifty fifty's in (i know i would have had more chance of Kristen Johnston asking me to marry her!!)
When this gentleman walks up and buys his wife a 1d MKIII and then starts looking at L lenses!! to go with it!!
This man must have A> done something REALLY bad and needed to make up for it or B> He wife has to be the luckiest woman in the universe!! I so wished at that moment that he was my dad!!!
If the mentioned gentleman is a member of these forums i take my hat off to thee good sir and wish one day that i could afford all that gear in one visit (but i think my fiancee would have something to say otherwise if i did!! :nono: )
