as long as we come together and play well i dont care :D but im not fond of it either :p
 
it looks like a cricket outfit..... and we do play as boring and as pointlessly as cricket

2 of our strikers injured :S this was a bad idea playing a friendly, hesky injured, Cole, Inured

, and hesky scored but damaged his hamstring, so they put cole on who almost straight away injured himself, and need helping off the pitch, so now crouch is on but he is injured with a hamstring injury, we should be 3-0 up but we are only 1-0 up

and the shirts look like cricket shirts that pic was made before they came out. they are terrible and the badge isnt a badge its that drawn on thing they press onto t-shirts

It has now been proven how foolish it was to play a friendly so close to a qualifier and those injuries could prove costly and I bet Martin O'Neil and Gianfranco Zola are pretty hacked off.

Like the strip though its white with no embelishments as it should be for England
 
The strip is brilliant --a massive improvement.Friendlies four days before an important qualifier---------NAAAHH.
 
it should stay in the past lol.. and it wasnt an improvment we played against a terrible team that made us look good but we were not.
 
I can't believe Umbro expected people to pay £50 for the new top.
And i think the 4-0 result today flattered England slightly, although we had most of the ball we didn't seem to create chance after chance after chance.
 
I don't hate the kit but it could've been a lot better and still retro if that's what they want.

The game wasn't great, neither was the performance but if it gives the team a chance to gel a bit before Wednesday then what's the harm? The injuries are unfortunate but that's part of the game - ferdinand hurt himself in training anyway so would've been out friendly or not and sorry, but I don't think Carlton Cole is a huge loss.
