Embroidered jackets help!!

I have been looking on google for hours at places that do embroidered stuff but I've still not made up my mind :(

I am looking for a not too expensive jacket with personalised embroidery on the back and a little bit on the front. It needs to have zip pockets both inside and out plus it needs to be ready by the end of next week (Christmas pressy).

Has anyone on here had anything like this done for themselves, or know somewhere that would do a good job and get it to us in time as I would rather go with a reccomendation from someone than just pluck a random one from google!!
